Company history

MOSTOSTAL POMORZE S.A., with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Marynarki Polskiej 59, began to operate on 1 January 1999 as an independent business entity created out of the organisational structures of Mostostal Gdańsk S.A.

In 2003, the company took over a significant part of the staff and facilities of the Steel Construction Unit executing offshore contracts within the structures of Mostostal Gdańsk S.A. (project managers, technical office, quality control inspectors).

In 2005, the entire capital of the company was sold to private investors. In the same year, the company changed its name to MOSTOSTAL POMORZE S.A.

As of 2 January 2008, the company has become a member of the capital group of Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Inżynieryjnych POL-AQUA S.A.
